A made mobster, he has earned respect in the family and is considered a trusted member of the crime organization itself. Usually in charge of specific operations in the family from running nightclubs to crack houses. His skills at handling others is quite needed. Normally this is not the mobster that does the dirty work. Sometimes however even he needs to make a few stops along the line to keep his reputation up. Making sure that his soldiers collect what is due to him.
