You will be able to see how many family businesses they have. You will also be able to see how much money the rival or allied family has.
This skills success rate is also dependant on other skills like stealth (Wich helps you be more successfull on your attempts to gather information).
You will also be able to use this skill to gather valuable information on other mobster buisinesses aswell. Wich will include how many thugs they have defending, aswell as money or drugs.
