Explosives
This skill is a bit self explanatory. It will allow you to do more damage when you use explosives. You will be able to use explosives on other mobster family businesses. You can also use them to take out another rival mobster bussiness. Rides and other things will also be vunerable to an explosive charge. This skill is also dependant on its success or capture on other skills, like evasion and stealth. So if you like to blow shit up, just want to take out another families business. This would be the skill to train your mobster in. If you are not well trained in this skill, do not expect to succeed often, nor will you do much damage in an attack(if any at all). There is also a risk ofcourse of jailtime if you are caught.
