Evasion
This is another widely used skill by most mobsters around the game. Ofcourse, Without this skill several things happen(like going to jail). This skill will increase the chance that someone does NOT find you in a turf evasion. It will also increase the chance of you not going to jail on a failed attack. Robbing the liquor store, players businesses or even banks, all being examples your mobster has for alternatives.
Without this skill you are asking to goto jail. More then likely you will spend much time paying your way out if this is not trained. It is a required skill aswell for increasing the level of your thugs, dealers and thieves.
